Total joint arthroplasty represents a highly successful surgical specialty which has seen an impressive evolution in recent decades and is being practised internationally on a very high level today. In an effort to maintain and improve this level of care, the medical and med-tech communities are jointly facing challenges: medically, surgically, economically, and politically. What does it take to identify, deal with, and master these challenges in the future?
The international Mathys Summit – Hip & Knee arthroplasty is intended to create opportunities for international exchange on topics of key relevance.
Expert international speakers have prepared a scientific program to include discussions, networking and interaction with peers from around the globe. The program will comprise of plenary sessions on hip and knee arthroplasty. Current topics of kinematics, biomechanics and new technologies are just some of those included.
