  • You know the candidate, have personally interviewed and made an overall assessment about him/her. The candidates can recommend you from a professional as well as a personal perspective.

  • You ensure that the majority of our requirements listed are met and that the candidates are truly interested in the position. In our company being able to speak German is a mandatory criterion.

  • Your candidates know that we have not specifically assigned you with the task of presenting candidates.

  • Dossiers for open positions are exclusively to be submitted via our application portal. Contact with Mathys Ltd Bettlach shall be performed via the contact person at Human Resources listed in the job ad.
